Chili chicken rice

Place a pan on a high heat stove and pour 2 tbsp of oil.

Sauté the chopped garlic.

Add 2 tbsp of chilli flakes and 1 tbsp of tomato sauce to this and mix well.

Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and soya sauce followed by 150g of fried chicken whilst mixing.

Add 25g of spring onion, 4nos dry chilli, 20g of cashew along with 1 tsp of salt and mix.

Mix in the 350g of cooked Basmati Rice.
7th Step of 8
Season with a Maggi chicken seasoning cube and continue to mix.

Serve while warm and enjoy!
