Add in 3 tsp diced onion to a mug along with 3 tsp carrots, 1 egg, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp chilli paste, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp parsley and mix well.

Then add 100g rice and add 30g grated cheese whilst mixing

Finally season with 1/2 Maggi chicken seasoning cube and mix well

Microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes

Every 30 seconds remove the mug from the microwave and mix well before placing it back into the microwave
