    Marinate 500g of chicken by adding ½ tbsp salt, 2 tbsp yoghurt, 1 tbsp of chopped ginger and garlic, ¼ tbsp turmeric and 1 tbsp red chili
  • 2nd Step

    Place a pan over high heat and pour 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 3rd Step

    2 Min
    Add to this 50g diced onion, curry leaves, 8 nos pandan leaves, 1 tbsp chopped garlic and Ginger
  • 4th Step

    Pour in 50ml of water into the pan
  • 5th Step

    Add sliced tomato to this and transfer 250g of Basmati rice
  • 6th Step

    Pour 750 ml water into the rice
  • 7th Step

    Season with 2 Maggi Chicken Seasoning cubes and 1 tbsp of salt

    Finally add the marinated chicken and chopped coriander leaves and allow to cook

: Chicken, Salt, Yoghurt, Ginger, Garlic, Red chili powder, Turmeric

Marinate 500g of chicken by adding ½ tbsp salt, 2 tbsp yoghurt, 1 tbsp of chopped ginger and garlic, ¼ tbsp turmeric and 1 tbsp red chili

Place a pan over high heat and pour 3 tbsp cooking oil

: Onion, Curry Leaves, Pandan Leaves, Garlic, Ginger

Add to this 50g diced onion, curry leaves, 8 nos pandan leaves, 1 tbsp chopped garlic and Ginger

Pour in 50ml of water into the pan

: Basmati rice, Tomato

Add sliced tomato to this and transfer 250g of Basmati rice
