MAGGI Sri Lankan Style Pad Thai

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside

In a pot of boiling water add 5 cakes of MAGGI Broad Noodles and cook for 4 minutes. Strain the noodles.
3rs Step of 6: Oil, Prawns, Cuttlefish, Fish, Chilli Flakes, Garlic
Next , heat oil in a pan and add prawns, cuttlefish and fish. Add salt, garlic and chilli flakes and fry until golden brown.
4th Step of 6: Eggs
Crack the eggs into the same pan and scramble it. Combine all the ingredients together in the pan.
5th Step of 6: Tamarinds, Fish sauce, Oyster sauce, Brown sugar, MAGGI Broad Noodles
Add the boiled Broad Noodles into the mixture, then add the sauce and mix well.
6th Step of 6: Bean Sprouts, Peanuts, Spring onions to garnish
Finally, add beans sprout, peanuts and spring onion and mix well together. Serve whilst warm.
