  • Step 01

    5 Min
    Heat 400ml of water in a pan until it boils.
  • Step 02

    3 Min
    Once the water is boiling, add the flavor packet included with the noodles to the pan, making sure to mix it thoroughly.
  • Step 03

    2 Min
    After mixing in the flavor packet, add the noodle cake to the pan. Keep to a side.
  • Step 04

    2 Min
    Marinate the chicken legs and keep to a side.
  • Step 05

    10 Min
    Add 2tbs oil and add the marinated chicken and fry it for 10 minutes and set aside.
  • Step 06

    2 Min
    Add oil 1tbs, garlic, onions, soya sauce and chili flakes.
  • Step 07

    4 Min
    Sauté and add 300ml water and add the prepared papare kottu noodle.
  • Step 08

    3 Min
    Keep for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper and add the carrots and leeks.
  • Step 09

    2 Min
    Finally, place the chicken.
