This dish has been optimized for 4 servings. Quantity and times may need to be varied. Here you can find more information about adjusted portion sizes:
Transfer all the seafood to a bowl and add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of pepper, 1 egg and 1 tbsp of corn flour.
Mix it well till the batter is smothered in all pieces.
Fry the battered seafood in pan on high heat till golden brown.
In a different pan, sauté 1 tbsp of garlic and ginger in 3 tbsp of oil till golden brown.
Break 2 eggs to the sautéed mix and scramble it.
Add 25g of carrots and onion rings along with 1tsp of salt and pepper whilst mixing.
Transfer 350g of cooked rice into this and season it with 1 Maggi Vegetable seasoning cube.
Add the batter fried sea food and leeks while mixing the rice.
Serve onto a plate and garnish as desired and Enjoy!
