    Transfer all the seafood to a bowl and add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of pepper, 1 egg and 1 tbsp of corn flour.

    Mix it well till the batter is smothered in all pieces.

    Fry the battered seafood in pan on high heat till golden brown.

    In a different pan, sauté 1 tbsp of garlic and ginger in 3 tbsp of oil till golden brown.
