Place a pan on a high heat stove and pour some oil into the pan.

Sauté 6-8 curry leaves, 2-3 pieces of pandan leaves, 1 tbsp of garlic and 25g of onion.

Whilst mixing, add 2 chopped green chillies along with 1 tbsp of curry powder, chili powder, ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of salt and 25g of diced tomatoes.

Add the soaked soya meat and mix well.

Mix 1 tbsp of coconut milk powder with 50ml of water and pour into the pan.

When the curry simmers add 350g of cooked rice and mix well.

Season with 1 Maggi vegetable seasoning cube and mix the rice well.
