Marinate the chicken thigh with sesame oil, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt and garlic. Keep it for 20 mins.

Place a pan on a high heat stove and add oil into the pan and shallow fry the chicken thighs.

Thereafter, cut chicken into slices and keep it separately.

Add sesame oil into a pan, add chopped ginger and garlic. Then sauté for a while

Add mushroom and sauté again

Pour 6 cups of water and season with 1 Maggi chicken cube.

Once the stock is boiling add noodles and keep it for 2mins.
