Boil the MAGGI noodles and strain the water.
Cut the chicken, prawns and vegetables into small cubes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan or in a wok.
Sauté the chicken and prawns for few minutes and add sesame oil.
Add ginger and garlic and cook for a few minutes.
Add the vegetables and cook for another few minutes.
Add the MAGGI noodles, soya sauce and oyster sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
