    Place a pan on a high heat stove and add 3 tbsp oil into the pan

    Add the diced Chicken into the pan and season with salt and Pepper.

    Once it is golden brown, add in the chopped ginger, garlic, onion and bell pepper and sauté well.

    Mix in Soy Sauce

    Add in diced Pineapple and add salt to taste.

    Add the boiled Rice and mix well.
  • 7th Step

    Season with Maggi Chicken Cube and mix well.

    Finally, serve to a dish and garnish the rice with coriander leaves.
