Chicken Ginger rice with Red Basmati

Add 2 tbsp of oil to a pan on a high heat stove

Once heated, add 200g diced chicken and season with 1 tbsp salt and pepper.

Sauté for a while

Add 25g Ginger and 10g of chopped Garlic to the mix.

Add 2 tbsp soya sauce and 1 tbsp oyster sauce and mix well.

Sauté for a while and then add scramble 2 eggs to the pan.

Mix and add 15g onion whilst adding the red basmati

Season with 1 Maggi Chicken Seasoning cube
9th Step of 10
Finally add the Pineapple and celery.

Serve onto a plate and enjoy while warm
