  • 1st Step (For Paste)

    5 Min
    Grind in 1 tbsp of ginger, 1 tbsp of garlic, 1 stick of lemongrass, 3 nos green chili, 10 nos curry leaves, 2 tbsp goraka paste, 2 tbsp pepper, 3 tbsp water and 5-6 nos pandan leaves together.
  • 2nd Step (For Rice)

    Pour 3 tbsp of oil to a pan and let it heat
  • 3rd Step (For Rice)

    1 Min
    Add in the 100g of boiled chicken to the pan.
  • 4th Step (For Rice)

    Season with 1 tbsp of salt
  • 5th Step (For Rice)

    2 Min
    Add the ground goraka paste to the mix and sauté well
  • 6th Step (For Rice)

    Mix in 50g grated coconut and 3 nos of diced green chili to the pan.

    Mix in the 500g of red rice
  • 8th Step (For Rice)

    Season with 1 Maggi Chicken Seasoning cube to the pan and mix well to serve.

Grind in 1 tbsp of ginger, 1 tbsp of garlic, 1 stick of lemongrass, 3 nos green chili, 10 nos curry leaves, 2 tbsp goraka paste, 2 tbsp pepper, 3 tbsp water and 5-6 nos pandan leaves together.

Pour 3 tbsp of oil to a pan and let it heat
