This dish has been optimized for 2 servings. Quantity and times may need to be varied. Here you can find more information about adjusted portion sizes:
Pour in 2 tbsp of oil to the pan and let it heat
Add 75g of prawns, cuttlefish and fish to the pan
Then add 1 tbsp of chili, chopped ginger and garlic; and sauté well
Scramble in 2 nos of eggs into the pan
Mix in 30g mushroom and 25g carrot
Add 2 tbsp soya sauce, 3 tbsp tomato sauce and 2 tbsp oyster sauce
Add 35g diced onion, 50g bell pepper and finely shredded purple cabbage, green cabbage to the mix
Add 500g of cooked rice to the pan and mix well
Season with 1 Maggi Chicken seasoning cube.
Garnish with spring onion and mix well
Serve onto a plate and enjoy while warm!
