Add oil into a heated pan
Add onions, bay leaves, cloves, cardamom & cinnamon
Add chili powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp salt and mix well
Add curd & tomato puree to mix well
Add 1 cup of thick MAGGI Coconut Milk mixed in the 150ml of water & allow to boil
Once the mixture is boiling add salmon & cook for a while
Finally add fresh coriander & Serve
