Soak MAGGI noodles in lukewarm water.
Shell prawns and boil the shells and head of prawn in water. Strain out the stock for later use.
Heat butter in a pan and sauté lemongrass, garlic and onion.
Mix together the herbs and the prawn stock.
Add MAGGI tastemaker to the stock mix and cook for a few minutes.
Stir well while adding chili powder, sugar and coconut milk to the mix.
Add coriander leaves to the soup.
Place cooked MAGGI noodles, shelled prawns and a boiled in a soup bowl and add soup.
