1st Step of 4: Curry Leaves, Tomato, Oil, PAM cooking spray, original, Chili powder, Salt, Turmeric powder, Pepper, Garlic, Ginger root, raw, Mushroom
Heat the oil and add garlic, ginger, curry leaves, mushroom, salt , chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
2nd Step of 4
Add vinegar, mustard cream, sugar and mix well.
3rd Step of 4
Next add one cup thick MAGGI coconut milk , for this add two tablespoons of MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder to 1 cup of water.
4th Step of 4
Add sliced onions, tomato, green chili, green cucumber and mix well and serve.
