Heat 30g of butter in a pan over high heat

Whilst mixing add in 50g of chopped onion and 15g of chopped garlic.

Then mix to this 50g of long beans followed by ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp curry powder and 1 tsp salt.

Mix in the 500g of cooked rice

Season with 1 Maggi seasoning vegetable cube and mix well

Mix to this 30g of Almonds, cashews, raisins and pomegranate
