    Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, corn flour and one MAGGI chicken seasoning cube. Next, fry the chicken in hot oil until golden brown and set aside.

    In another pan, heat some oil and sauté some garlic and ginger.

    Next, add the chopped onion, capsicum, bell pepper, tomato, chilli flakes, salt and pepper, mix well and cook for a while.

    To this mixture and tomato sauce, soya sauce, sugar and one MAGGI seasoning cube and mix well.

    Finally, mix in the fried chicken and roasted cashew nuts and set aside.

    For the rice, heat some oil in a separate pan and add sliced onions, garlic and curry leaves sauté it. Next, add the cooked rice and stir well.

    Next, in a bow layer the rice followed by a layer of devilled chicken and finish off with another layer of rice. Garnish with roasted cashew nuts and serve warm.
