Place a saucepan on a high heat stove and transfer 30g of butter followed by 1 tbsp of garlic, 25g of chopped onion, 25g of diced carrot and 1 tsp of salt.

Mix in the 300g of cooked rice along with 25g of finely chopped leeks.

Season the rice with 1 Maggi chicken seasoning cube and continue to mix.

In another saucepan, add 1 tsp of butter and add the 20g of chopped onion.

Add salt to taste.

6th Step of 8
Mix the two eggs and pour onto the saucepan.

7th Step of 8
Grate 15g of cheese over the omelette.

Garnish the rice with the omelette and enjoy it while warm!
