    Put water into a pan, add salt & potatoes and boil for 15 minutes
  • Step 2

    2 Min
    Once boiled drain it and smash well
  • Step 3

    Add butter, milk & cheese to it and mix well
  • Step 4

    Finally add parsley & MAGGI Vegetable cube and mix well.

    Then sprinkle some cheese on top & bake for 15 mins at 180o
