MAGGI Jaggery & Banana Milkrice
How to Prepare
Sudu Kakulu rice
50g – 60g
Thin coconut milk (7 tbs MAGGI Coconut milk powder + 7 cups of water)
Thick coconut milk (6 tbs MAGGI Coconut milk powder + 3 cups of water)
Salt to taste
Wash the rice, put in a rice cooker and add thin coconut milk.
Bring to the boil, cooking until the rice is soft, 15-20 minutes.
Add thick coconut milk, banana, jaggery and salt, stir well.
Keep on warm mode for 10 minutes, until the milk has been evaporated and serve.
