    Add 225g Sudu Kekulu rice to a pan
  • 2nd Step

    Then add 100g Green Gram to this
  • 3rd Step

    Pour in 800ml water
  • 4th Step

    Add in 4 nos Cardamom & 3-5 nos Pandan leaves to the pan and mix well
  • 5th Step

    Add 1 tsp Salt
  • 6th Step

    4 Min
    Place the pan on a high heat stove and let it boil
  • 7th Step

    Once all the water is absorbed to the rice and green gram add 1 tbsp ghee, 50g raisins, 50g Cashew and 150g jaggery
  • 8th Step

    Finally pour in the thick coconut milk and mix well
