    add 50g corn flour into bowl
  • 2nd Step (Prawn batter)

    add 150g prawns and then add 1 egg
  • 3rf Step (Prawn Batter)

    Add salt to taste and mix well
  • 4th Step (Frying the prawns)

    Add oil to a frying pan and allow the oil to heat up
  • 5th Step (Frying the prawns)

    Add the prawns and fry till golden brown
  • 6th Step (Preparing the sauce)

    Add oil to the heated pan.

    Add 1tsp of garlic

    Add 4tbsp of tomato sauce and stir well

    Once the sauce comes to boil add diced red bell peppers, carrots, cucumber and pineapple and stir well

    Finally add the batter fried prawns to the sauce and mix well

    Place a pan on a high heat stove and add 2 tbsp of oil to the pan
