    Heat a pan and add butter.

    Stir in celery, onion, garlic, and ginger.

    Sprinkle a Maggi chicken cube, add water, salt, pepper, and bread slices. Stir well.

    In another pan, mix chili powder, turmeric, soya sauce, a Maggi chicken cube, oil, and garlic. Cook for the gravy marinade.

    Rinse the chicken and dry it inside and out.
