    Boil the noodles and keep aside.
  • Step 2

    6 Min
    Add oil to a pan. When oil is heated add prawns and sauté.

    Remove fried prawns from pan. Add ginger, garlic, and sliced onions. Sauté for a few minutes.

    Add eggs and scramble together.

    Soya sauce and mix well.

    Add boiled noodles and mix well.

    Add the red chilli, sugar, salt, carrot, cabbage, chopped lemon grass, lemon juice, fried shrimp and mix together.
