1st Step (Preparation of Maggi coconut Milk powder) of 10
1. Add 2 tbsp of Maggi coconut milk powder into a bowl 2. Add one cup of water (150ml) into the powder and stir well to prevent lumps from forming 3. Add ¼ tsp of salt and stir *Make sure to seal the packet of coconut milk powder and store in an air tight container

Add 225g Sudu Kekulu rice to a pan

Add 100g Green Gram to this

4th Step of 10
Pour in 800ml water

5th Step of 10
Add 1 tsp Salt

6th Step of 10
Add 4-5 nos Pandan Leaves and mix well

7th Step of 10
Place the pan on a high heat stove and let it boil

8th Step of 10
Once all the water is absorbed pour in the prepared thick Maggi Coconut milk to the mixture

9th Step of 10
Mix it and boil further

10th Step of 10
Once boiled, mix and transfer onto a coconut leaf, prepare to serve and enjoy!
