  • 1st Step (Preparation of Maggi coconut Milk powder)

    5 Min
    1. Add 2 tbsp of Maggi coconut milk powder into a bowl 2. Add one cup of water (150ml) into the powder and stir well to prevent lumps from forming 3. Add ΒΌ tsp of salt and stir *Make sure to seal the packet of coconut milk powder and store in an air tight container

    Add 225g Sudu Kekulu rice to a pan

    Add 100g Green Gram to this
  • 4th Step

    Pour in 800ml water

    Add 1 tsp Salt

    Add 4-5 nos Pandan Leaves and mix well

    Place the pan on a high heat stove and let it boil
  • 8th Step

    Once all the water is absorbed pour in the prepared thick Maggi Coconut milk to the mixture

    Mix it and boil further

    Once boiled, mix and transfer onto a coconut leaf, prepare to serve and enjoy!
