Mixed Vegetable Pittu Pirattal

1st Step of 3: Chopped Ginger, Chopped Garlic, Sliced Onions, Chilli Flakes, Oil, Curry Leaves, Tomato
Heat a pan in a low flame. Add Oil to it & add the curry leaves, ginger, garlic, Onions, Tomatoes, green chilies and the Soya sauce and mix.
2nd Step of 3: diced Carrot, Leeks, Green Beans, Cabbage, Red Bell pepper, MAGGI seasoning
Add all the vegetables in to the pan. Add salt and pepper and add the Maggi vegetable Cube in to the vegetable mix. Mix well
3rd Step of 3: Boiled Pittu
Add the pre-cooked pittu in the vegetable mix. and mix well. Keep for few seconds. Until it combines well. Turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve it hot.
