This dish has been optimized for 5 servings. Quantity and times may need to be varied. Here you can find more information about adjusted portion sizes:
Add oil to a pan on a high heat stove
Add curry leaves, Pandan, Lemongrass and let it fry
Then add chopped garlic, Onion, Green chilli, Tomato and mix well
Season with Jaffna curry powder, Chilli, Curry powder, Pepper and Salt.
Add prawns & mix well
Pour water and add Maggi organic Coconut Milk & stir well
Add Tamarind & mix well
Close the pot with lid and cook until it simmers
Open the lid and stir well
Put moringa leaves, close the lid & keep it for a while and serve
