Fired Jack fruit recipe (Kos Pirawuma)

1st Step of 15: Oil
Place a pan on a high heat stove and add oil into the pan.
2nd Step of 15: Curry Leaves, Green chilis, Onion
Add the chopped onion, green chilli, curry leaves & sauté well.
3rd Step of 15: Turmeric, Curry powder, Chili powder
Then add chilli powder, curry powder, turmeric & salt whilst mixing.
4th Step of 15: Kos ata
Add kos ala and sauté well.
5th Step of 15: Lime
Take off from the stove and squeeze in lime juice.

Fry kos madulu and fill those with the kos pirawum filling.

Place a pan on a high heat stove and put oil into the pan.
8th Step of 15: Rampe, Garlic, Green chilis, Tomato, Onion
Add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, garlic, rampe & saute well.
9th Step of 15: Salt, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Roasted curry powder, Curry powder, Chili powder
Then add chilli powder, curry powder, roasted curry powder, turmeric, cinnamon stick, Salt & mix well.
10th Step of 15: MAGGI coconut milk powder
Once the above mixture is fried well, add Maggi coconut milk.

When the curry is boiling well, add filled kos madulu.

Let the curry to cook well and close with a lid.

Switch off the stove.
14th Stpe of 15: Curry powder
Open the lid and sprinkle roasted curry powder on it and close the lid.

Let the curry to dry.
