Chilli Crab Fried Rice

1st Step of 9: Oil
Place a saucepan on a high heat stove and pour 4 tbsp of oil into it
2nd Step of 9: Crab
Place 300g of crab into the pan.
3rd Step of 9: Salt, Pepper, Red chili powder
Season this with 1 tsp salt, pepper and, 1 tbsp red Chilli and mix.
4th Step of 9: Garlic, Chili sauce, Soya sauce, Oyster sauce
Add to this 1 tsp chopped garlic, 4 tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce and, 1 tbsp soya sauce and mix.
5th Step of 9: Sugar, Egg
Whilst mixing add in 1 tsp sugar and 1 nos egg; scramble it into the crab.
6th Step of 9: Cooked Rice
Mix in 500g cooked rice.
7th Step of 9: MAGGI Chicken Seasoning Cube
Season with 1 Maggi chicken seasoning cube and mix further.
8th Step of 9: Cashew, Chili, Spring Onions
Garnish with Cashew, 2 tbsp chilli and spring onion.
