Place a saucepan on a high heat stove and pour 4 tbsp of oil into it

2nd Step of 9
Place 300g of crab into the pan.

3rd Step of 9
Season this with 1 tsp salt, pepper and, 1 tbsp red Chilli and mix.

Add to this 1 tsp chopped garlic, 4 tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce and, 1 tbsp soya sauce and mix.

5th Step of 9
Whilst mixing add in 1 tsp sugar and 1 nos egg; scramble it into the crab.

6th Step of 9
Mix in 500g cooked rice.

7th Step of 9
Season with 1 Maggi chicken seasoning cube and mix further.

8th Step of 9
Garnish with Cashew, 2 tbsp chilli and spring onion.

Serve and enjoy while warm!
