    Season the chicken and prawns with 1 MAGGI Jumbo Cubes, and dust it in the corn flour.
  • 2nd Step

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken and prawns till golden brown. Keep aside.

    In a separate wok heat add 4 table spoons of oil. Add the eggs and tilt the wok to spread them into a thin sheet.Stir to scramble and break the egg into small pieces.

    Add the steamed rice, button mushrooms, sweet corn, green peas, carrot and oyster sauce and stir well.

    Add the chicken, prawns and sprinkle 1/2 cube of MAGGI Jumbo cubes to the rice. Then add the sesame oil and stir. Add salt to taste.

    Take off the fire and sprinkle the spring onion leaves on top.
