    Boil potatoes and once it is boiled mashed it
  • Step 02

    Heat a pan, add 4 tbsp oil into it and then add pandan leaves, curry leaves, and cinnamon into that.

    Add finely chopped onions, carrot, leeks and mix well.
  • Step 04

    Add ginger, garlic, pepper, chilli powder, salt, curry and green chilli, and cook for a while.

    Add the Maggi cube to the mix and leave it for 1–2 minutes.

    Add the mashed potatoes to this and fry the mixture, allow it to cool.

    Mix flour and water to make batter by adding salt according to taste.
