This dish has been optimized for 2 servings. Quantity and times may need to be varied. Here you can find more information about adjusted portion sizes:
Add in all the chicken seasoning spices as mentioned above and mix them well
Season the chicken and keep it for 1 hour
Place a pan on a high heat stove and add ghee oil
Then add ginger, garlic, onions, lemongrass, curry leaves, green chilli rampe and tomato
Then add cinnamon, cardamom, cumin seeds and cloves
Whilst mixing, add curry powder, turmeric, chili powder and salt
Add the seasoned chicken into the above paste and fry well
Add Maggi Coconut Milk and close the lid to cook the chicken well
In a separate bowl, break string hoppers into pieces. Then add this into the cooked chicken
Season with 1 Maggi Chicken seasoning cube and mix well
Finally, serve the string hopper biriyani into a plate. Garnish this with cashew nut, raisins, coriander leaves and mint leaves before serving
