  • 1st Step (For Chicken Seasoning)

    5 Min
    Add in all the chicken seasoning spices as mentioned above and mix them well
  • 2nd Step (For Chicken Seasoning)

    60 Min
    Season the chicken and keep it for 1 hour
  • 3rd Step (For String Hopper Biriyani)

    2 Min
    Place a pan on a high heat stove and add ghee oil
  • 4th Step (For String Hopper Biriyani)

    Then add ginger, garlic, onions, lemongrass, curry leaves, green chilli rampe and tomato

    Sauté well

    Then add cinnamon, cardamom, cumin seeds and cloves

    Whilst mixing, add curry powder, turmeric, chili powder and salt

    Add the seasoned chicken into the above paste and fry well

    Add Maggi Coconut Milk and close the lid to cook the chicken well

    In a separate bowl, break string hoppers into pieces. Then add this into the cooked chicken
