Place a pan on high heat stove and add 1 tbsp of oil along with 2-3 pandan leaves, few curry leaves, 1 tbsp chopped ginger and garlic, 1 piece of lemongrass, 25g of onion and 2-3 green chilies.

2) Whilst mixing, add 75g of thalapath fish, cuttlefish and prawns.

3rd Step of 5
Add 1 tbsp of curry powder, 1 tsp of pepper, 1 tbsp of chili powder, ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of salt and 50g of tomatoes and mix well.

4th Step of 5
Pour the prepared coconut milk mixture and allow to simmer.

5th Step of 5
Serve onto a dish and enjoy while warm!
