Add Oil & Ghee to a heated Rice Cooker
Add diced onions and sauté
Mix in Bay Leaves, a Cinnamon stick, green peas, chickpeas, turmeric powder, chili powder, masala & coriander powder
Add the washed Basmati Rice
Pour 750ml of Water
Season with 1 MAGGI Vegetable Seasoning Cube & 1 tsp Salt and allow to cook
Once the rice is cooked halfway add in the Tomato
Let the rice cook till fluffy and serve warm!
