  • Step 1

    30 Min
    To the pork, add 1 tbsp of water, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, salt, pepper & season it and leave for 30 mins
  • Step 2

    Add oil to a pan, once heated add the pork and fry
  • Step 3

    2 Min
    Add 1 tsp of ginger & garlic and sauté for a while
  • Step 4

    1 Min
    Add ½ tsp sugar and ½ tsp dark soy and mix well
  • Step 5

    Add pepper powder & green bell pepper and mix well
  • Step 6

    Finally add a MAGGI Chicken Seasoning Cube & mix well.
