This dish has been optimized for 2 servings. Quantity and times may need to be varied. Here you can find more information about adjusted portion sizes:
Pour in 2 tbsp of oil to a pan on a high heat stove
Add the 200g of shrimp to the pan and sauté well
Season this with 1 tbsp salt and Chili flakes
Mix in 1 tsp of chopped garlic and ginger, together with 15g diced onion.
Break in 2 eggs to the mix and scramble
Mix into this 30g diced carrot, 25g diced capsicum and 25g diced celery
Pour and mix in 4 tsp of dark soy sauce along with 1 tbsp of chili paste
Transfer and mix in 500g of cooked rice
Season the rice with 1 Maggi Chicken seasoning cube and mix
Place a fried egg on top of the dish and serve while warm!
