Place a pan on a high heat stove and pour 2 tbsp of oil

Add 200g mutton along with 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 2 tsp chopped garlic, 20g diced onion and season with 2 tsp salt

Mix in 1 tbsp chili flakes and 2 tbsp tomato paste

Add to this 100g young corn, 100g kidney beans, 50g green peas, 25g capsicum and mix

Season with 1 Maggi seasoning chicken cube and mix

Add in 500g of rice and mix well

Pour in 750ml of water and close the lid

Once cooked, mix and serve onto a plate
