    Boil MAGGI NOODLES and keep it aside.

    Add oil to a pan and heat it. Add ginger and garlic when heated and sauté. Then add chicken and prawns and cook for 3 minutes.

    Add salt, pepper, soya sauce and onions to the mix. Then add boiled noodles to it and mix well.

    Add carrot and spring onions and give a final mix.

    Garnish with spinach leaves and serve warm.
