    Marinate the chicken - Add the chicken to the bowl, then add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, and the Maggi Chicken Flavoured Seasoning Cube. Mix well and set aside.

    Add oil to a heated pan. Then add ginger and garlic paste, bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and star anise, and sauté until fragrant.

    Add onion, tomato, green chilies, an additional spoon of ginger and garlic paste, biryani mix, and cumin powder, and stir well.

    Add chilli powder, coriander powder, and turmeric, mixing thoroughly.
