This dish has been optimized for 2 servings. Quantity and times may need to be varied. Here you can find more information about adjusted portion sizes:
Place a pan on a high heat stove and add 2 tbsp of oil
Once heated, add diced chicken and sauté for a while
Add shrimp to the mix and season with salt and pepper
Add the diced carrots, green peas, and onion to the pan
Add 1 tbsp of garlic along with soya sauce and sesame oil and mix well
Scramble one egg
Mix in 500g of Basmati Rice to the pan
Season with 1 Maggi Chicken seasoning cube
Garnish with spring onion
Serve onto a plate and enjoy while warm!
