Add turmeric powder to the soaked dhal and boil. Keep aside.
2nd Step of 4
Heat butter and ghee in a pan. Add all chopped ingredients and slightly temper.

Stir in the cumin seeds and continue tempering.

Add all the spices and MAGGI Rasamusu. Stir well while tempering.
