    Cut beetroot into pieces and blend the pieces until it transform to a liquid format

    Add flour to a bowl
  • Step 03

    Add Coconut milk powder and salt to taste, sugar, baking soda egg and mix well

    Add water to the same and mix

    Keep the mixture aside for 10 mins

    Add liquid beetroot to the mixture and mix well

    Apply oil on a pan and keep it on stove with medium heat

    Put the mixed batter to the heated pan, rotate the pan to you get the hopper shape and keep it until outer edges become crispy
