Add the flour and the butter into the heated pan and mix well. Pour the milk packet into it and whisk it until it blends with the mixture.

Parboil the vegetables and add the MAGGI seasoning with salt, sauce and pepper

Take a flat dish and spread the seasoned noodle mixture with vegetables.

Top it with Mozzarella cheese and bake for approximately 1/2 hour.
