    Poke each potato several times with a fork and place on foil. This allows the steam to escape while baking, keeping the interior fluffy.
  • 2nd Step

    Generously rub the potatoes with oil, sprinkling them with a little salt and pepper, to get that golden, crispy skin.

    Preheat oven to 200 °C and then bake the potatoes for about 40 minutes up to 60 minutes, until soft when pierced.

    Let the potatoes cool for 5-10 minutes until they are safe to handle; then cut each in half.

    Scoop out the potato flesh and transfer it to a separate bowl, reserving a shell sturdy enough to hold the filling.
