Place a pan on high heat and add 3 tbsp of oil.
Sauté the finely chopped garlic and ginger till golden brown.
Add the diced chicken and season with 1 tsp of salt, pepper and chili flakes, and mix well.
Once cooked, separate the chicken onto one side and in the other side scramble 2 eggs.
Add the tomato sauce and oyster sauce into the chicken and mix well.
Add the mushrooms, bell pepper, onions, finely chopped chinese cabbage and red cabbage into the pan and mix all the ingredients
Add the cooked rice and mix it well
Season with a MAGGI chicken seasoning cube and mix the rice.
Garnish as desired and serve warm.
