    45 Min
    Put 800g Mutton to a bowl and add Curd, chili powder, coriander powder, salt, cumin powder turmeric and mix it well, keep 45mins for marinating.
  • Step 2

    2 Min
    Add oil to a pan and heat, add ginger garlic, belly leaves, cardamon, cloves, cinnamon, star anis, onion, tomatoes, green chilies, chili powder and mix to cook.
  • Step 3

    Put mutton, potato, and water to the same and cook.

    Add coriander leaves cooked rice to it and chicken seasoning cube, fried cashew & plums to it and mix.

    Add colouring, fried onions and mix all.

    Put Coriander leaves to garish.
