Beat the egg and sugar together until consistent and fluffy
Add flour and fold it carefully.
Finally add vanilla and Coconut Milk Powder mixed with water.
Bake in a greased baking tray at 1800C for 10mins.
Beat the butter and icing together until it is soft.
Mix in Maggi Coconut Milk Powder mixed with water
Spread icing on the sponge sheet and sprinkle roasted desiccated coconut and roll it tightly.
Finally cover with the coconut flavored butter icing and decorate it as desired.
