Place a pan on low heat flame
Add Oil in to the pan and mix in the Mustard seeds, Cardamom, Cloves , and Cinnamon
Sauté the Ginger and garlic for a few minutes
Add curry leaves and pandan leaves then mix in chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder and Cumin powder
Add in Onions and tomatoes
Add salt and add the green chillies
Mix in the cooked rice
Season with 1 Maggi vegetable seasoning cube
Garnish with coriander leaves and peanuts
